Writing Between the Lines is a 6-week, small group experience for women who have a lot going on in their head and nowhere to properly put it.

It’s not about more work or another thing on your to-do list… it’s about having some space to think, write, and actually enjoy the process of figuring things out

How it Works

It’s easier to see your strengths when they’re on the page, not stuck in your head or tangled up in what you think you should be.

Weekly Prompts

Each week you will be given simple writing prompts.

Use these to explore what is running around in your head, no judgement, no excuses, no stories attached to it… just you.

Guided Reflection

In our small weekly group session (on-line), you will be able to share - if you want to - how the writing felt for you, what came up, and any patterns or habits you noticed for yourself. You will also receive tailored feedback from Mandy to help you go deeper.

Hypnotherapy

Each week you will receive a hypnotherapy recording, tailored to the themes of that week’s group session. These recordings will help to settle your nervous system, build you self-confidence, and relax into your subconscious mind.

There is also a group chat on WhatsApp for you to connect with your group.
